ProfileCheck is designed to help real estate professionals identify potential advertising-compliance concerns and organize follow-up. Results are informational and do not replace legal advice, managing-broker review or regulator guidance.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for accurate account and professional information, safeguarding access to your account and reviewing ProfileCheck findings before acting on them.
Product availability
Features that depend on third-party social platforms, messaging providers or other external services are available only where the required permissions and services are active. ProfileCheck will not represent an unavailable integration as live.
Subscriptions
Displayed pricing may describe planned subscription tiers before checkout is enabled. No payment is taken merely by creating an account. Billing terms will be presented before any paid subscription is activated.
No certification
ProfileCheck does not certify that advertising is compliant and does not provide BCFSA or other regulator approval.
